  There is nothing better than being able to walk into a gym & feel comfortable. From the minute you walk in the door at F45 Paradise you are welcomed with a smile and greeted with a 'hello'.

  I never used to be a morning person until I started training with the amazing crew at F45 Training Paradise and now I jump out of bed in the mornings. The team atmosphere makes you feel supported and gives you that extra push to make it through to the end. The trainers are knowledgeable and encouraging and the vibe of the classes makes you feel like you are in your happy place. Can’t recommend this place enough.

  If you are looking for the closest thing to a silver bullet for training success, this is it. I have trained in many and various forums including sports institute and at national level cycling. Nothing I have done has ever given me the results like the F45 system. F45 Paradise is a great team environment, the staff are all about the clients success. With the bonus of a crèche this place has allowed me to train with out constraints. I cannot give these people enough credit, if you are looking for a change, if you are looking to get to the next level in your training or even if you don't know where to start on your 'new you' journey, get in to F45 Paradise, you will love it!
