  Put money in the machine and did an "engine cleaner" spray selection. It was doing nothing, grease, oil, brake dust - zero. I checked the solution coming out and it was 99% water, no detergent no degreaser no smell what so ever so I notified the owner whom politely came over and checked it and then told me there was nothing wrong with the solution even though I politely showed him that it did not dissolve any grease or oil or contain any kind of degreasing agent that an “engine cleaner” should and he should check his solution to make sure people aren’t getting ripped off. He said it doesn’t clean grease and oil only dust and it cleans off brake dust. Seriously mate if you think the only stuff an engine produces is dust you shouldn’t be running a car wash, and what’s the wheel cleaner for ? Mould ?

  Very poor car wash in adelaide,Customer dealing .It was worst experience. One guy (staff member) too ridiculous he didn't know, how to deal with customers. He's so rude racist!! Stupid manners!! Tried to snatch money !! Stupid thief!! Should be fired off straightaway

  He still just shrugged it off and said there is definitely nothing wrong with his engine cleaner so I told him I refuse to pay $1 per minute for what is basically a water solution so he refunded the coins I had spent so far. If this business is your lively hood as you told me I strongly think you need more training in how a cleaning solution should work, your car wash is lovely but your products are rubbish.

  Very average. Went to wash my car on the way to work. Coin machine out of order, auto wash only takes "member card" or coins. Also there is no laser wash so happy to have the crap scratched out of your car by the unmaintaned auto was, go ahead. Happy wash up the road has a full 24/7 servo attached so getting change or buying a wash is easy. Unlike suds up.

  Your business is clearly selling products that are not fit for purpose and people are blatantly being ripped off, who knows if the other 8 solutions are also fit for purpose and are as labelled. I gave you 3 chances to rectify the problem so I could continue to pump my $15 into your wash and you told me to go elsewhere so get stuffed mate.
