  Can’t see the longevity of this business unless they listen and act on the reviews, otherwise there will be no customers. Word of mouth is a powerful thing!

  Mains came on a cold plates which didn't sustain warmth. Main carrots were raw but food was tasty. Plates stayed on the table for ages, which was surprising or perhaps that's why the first word used to describe them on Google search is "casual"?

  Did not clear main course dishes away from table, before delivering dessert and trying to eat it, while it is precariously doing a balancing act on dirty stacked dishes. Use your brains, it really is not hard to do things right.

  Nice place, but unless some improvements were put in place, I'd end up going elsewhere locally to a more responsive restaurant, because there's great competition in the area.

  I have been here a few times and always enjoy the food. Came here with a party of 20 for lunch recently and was here today. Great food. Especially like the Melanzana Parmigiana. Friendly staff and easy parking.

  Starter never made it to the table, complimentary bread was stale but I don't mind the use of day old bread as it's resourceful.

  I have no idea where the staff came from but they appeared to have no experience at all. Very lazy and uninterested. Our order was forgotten with no apology.
